Tumbling Classes

We are excited to announce that our tumbling classes will start the first week of June. Each class will be one day a week at the time/day that you select. Please pick the class level that is appropriate for your child. Attire of athletic style shorts or spandex with a t-shirt or tank top. If your child needs a sport bra under, please be she has one on. Shoes are not required but clean feet are. 

Before selecting a class read the following skill levels: 

Beginner Classes: Introduces fundamental tumbling skills like forward and backward rolls, handstands, backbend, cartwheels and round off. 

 

Intermediate Classes: Builds upon beginner skills introducing more challenging skills and focusing on technique in order to learn back walkovers, standing back handspring, running roundoff back handspring and work towards a series of back hand springs.

We are excited to announce our

SUMMER Basketball League

League Information 

  • Kinder - 2nd grade we offer as a CO-ED league

  • 3rd - 8th we offer a boys league and a girls league

  • Practices will start the week of June 9th, day(s) & time of practices will depend on the coach. 

  • Player will be assigned to a team, once registration closes the parent or guardian will be contacted by the coach. 

  • Games will start the week of June 21st and continue for 6 weeks with a bi week for the Fourth of July Holiday.

Get in the Game: Flag Football Registration will open July 1st.

Flag Football is BOOMING, it has become the fastest-growing sport across the country for boys and girls! Weather your child is a seasoned athlete or just looking for a fun way to stay active, now is the chance to join the movement. 

Our league will run for 6 weeks practices and games will be held at the i20 Sports Complex. Games will start the second week of August.

After School Training 

After-school youth training programs that focus on plyometrics, strength, and agility aim to enhance a child’s athletic abilities through a combination of exercises that improve their power, muscle strength, and coordination. A long with fun and games for the kids to see their own improvement.

The program is a 5 week program for the end of the school year. Monday-Friday 3:30-6pm

League Information 

  • Teams will be assigned once registration closes, and the coach of your child's team will reach out to you about practices 

  • Practices are during the week 

  • Games will be either Friday or Saturday 

  • Practice TBD 

  • Games TBD 

  • Jersey will be provided 

  • Player will need black shorts or spandex and knee pads 

Adult Volleyball League 

League Information:

  • Registration will open in September for a winter league. 

  • If you register as an individual teams will be assigned once registration closes.

  • Teams can register with 7 players  

  • This league is Co-ed, men and women can sign up.

  • Adults will get together and practice on which time and day(s) work best for them.

  • Practice can be at the facilities we offer or your own 

  • Games will be held at the i20 Sports Complex
