Tumbling Coach: Lydia

We’re excited to announce that tumbling will be coached by Lydia, who brings a wealth of experience and passion for the sport. Lydia began tumbling and cheerleading at just eight years old. Her natural talent and dedication quickly propelled her into competitive cheer, where she trained and competed with All-Star gyms throughout her school years.

After graduating high school, Lydia continued her cheerleading career at the prestigious Navarro College, where she contributed to two national championship titles while cheering both on the sidelines and competitively at the collegiate level. Her drive to reach new heights led her to transfer to Oklahoma State University, fulfilling her dream of cheering at a Division I school. During her time at OSU, Lydia experienced the excitement of game day traditions and helped lead the team to three second-place finishes at national competitions.

Lydia’s passion for cheerleading and tumbling has inspired her to coach and mentor the next generation. Her goal in launching this tumbling program is to give young athletes the same unforgettable experiences and personal growth that she enjoyed throughout her cheer journey.
