Registration deadline is September 26th, 2025

Registration cost $75 (late registration $100)

Teams will be assigned once registration closes and the coach of your child's team will reach out to you about the practice schedule.

Practices will start the week of September 29th 2025 .

Games will be held at i20 Sports Complex in Marshall, TX.

6-Week League, Games will start Friday October 10th or Saturday October 11th.

Player will need black sports or spandex and knee pads

As the parent or legal guardian of the child or adult named above, "I hereby give my full consent and approval for my child or adult to participate as a team member in the sport. I understand that there are certain risks of injury inherent in the practice and play of this sport to my child's participation, and I am willing to assume these risks on behalf of my child. I hereby certify that my child is fully capable of participating in the designated sport and that my child is healthy and has no physical or mental disabilities or infirmities that would restrict full participation in these activities. I understand that there are physical risks in every sport, therefore i take full responsibility for my child's injury's and expenses. In addition to giving my full consent for my child's participation, I do hereby waive, release and hold harmless to i20 Sports, First Baptist Church, i20 Sports Complex and its officers, coaches, sponsors supervisors and representatives for any injury that may be suffered by my child in the normal course of participation in the designated sport and the activities incidentals, whether they result of negligence or any other cause."
